                   A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE PURCHASE OF A
                   SEWER EASEMENT FROM JOHN C. COOK AND GRACE
                   B. COOK RELATIVE TO CONTRACT NO. 73B-1, BIG
                   RIDGE COLLECTOR SEWERS III, TRACT NO. 598,
                   FOR A TOTAL CONSIDERATION OF ONE THOUSAND
                   FIVE HUNDRED DOLLARS ($1,500.00).

       	    	 BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF
       CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That there be and is hereby authorized 
the
       purchase of a sewer easement from John C. Cook and Grace B. Cook
       relative to Contract No. 73B-1, Big Ridge Collector Sewers III,
       Tract No. 598, for a total consideration of One Thousand Five
       Hundred Dollars ($1,500.00).
